Create Backups

Step 1: Log in to cPanel

- Open your web browser and go to your cPanel login page.
- Enter your cPanel username and password to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to Backups

- In the cPanel dashboard, look for the "Files" section and click on "Backup."

Step 3: Generate a Full Backup

- Under "Download a Full Website Backup," click on the "Generate Full Backup" button.
- Choose a backup destination (Home Directory is recommended) and enter your email address to be notified when the backup is complete.
- Click on the "Generate Backup" button.

Step 4: Download the Backup

- Once the backup process is complete, you will receive an email notification.
- Go back to the "Backup" page in cPanel, and you will see the backup file listed.
- Click on the backup file's name to download it to your local computer.
